The opportunity

Planning a stay should feel as welcoming as the destination itself. We connected the journey across key moments, helping guests move from inspiration to arrival with confidence and ease.

The challenge

MGM Resorts wanted to redesign their web properties, and make them responsive.

The approach

Leveraging emotional design, the redesign entices users to take full advantage of all the fun and entertainment the resort has to offer. With a fully responsive site, improved IA, and a killer look, guests can use their mobile device as they stroll The Strip to book a room, see who’s performing tonight, purchase tickets to a show, make dinner reservations, and more! Components can be reused throughout the site, and the templated site can be used across properties–from Vegas to China. As part of the UX team, I was responsible for wireframes, annotations, functional specifications, design flows, site maps, and more.
